The facility is 100% equipped with camera surveillance,
Has a direct connection to the police and a fire extinguishing system in all rooms. Visitors to the house must always register before entering the luxury residence. This ensures your privacy. With infrared thermal scanners to check body temperature and disinfectant dispensers in each building and in the common areas, guests, visitors and staff are protected. Sanitary facilities, kitchen, common rooms, pools and wellness facilities are cleaned and disinfected daily.
Energy, heat, cooling
A suitable temperature is ensured in all apartments by means of a heat pump/natural gas and surface heating. With underfloor heating, due to their large surface area, even low temperatures are sufficient to warm a room comfortably. This makes the combination of heat pump and underfloor heating ideal, also because it makes air conditioning superfluous. When cooling with a heat pump, the room is cooled via the water pipes of the heating system. Because of the advantageous energy efficiency, the kitchens are equipped with gas/electricity combination stoves.
WELL-BEING, SERVICE, SAFETY AND HEALTH
THE PEARL ensures well-being, service, safety and health in all areas of life. The German and English-speaking staff consists of managers from the hotel industry, the concierge, the reception, a trained nurse, the security staff and the caretaker are there for you and your guests 24/7 and take care of your well-being and the wishes of your guests. To ensure that nothing separates all residents from an inspiring leisure time activity, the team takes care of everyday matters, the maintenance of the facility and the garden, and everything that might stand in the way. A concierge service supports you with planning and the in-house technician takes care of minor repairs. All other wishes are fulfilled at our reception.
Lobby & Concierge & Maintenance
You have your own mailbox. Packages are accepted at the reception. On request, for example on holiday, post can be collected at reception. The reception is the service center of the residence and the heart of the house. It is staffed 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday. The reception staff give their residents a warm welcome every day and fulfill their wishes. They arrange appointments for you, are available to answer any questions and are your contact for all everyday matters, shuttle service, textile service, room service, leisure activities, entertainment, regional services or third-party providers for everyday life, e.g. B. Pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser, beauty, pedicure, drinks supplier, apartment cleaning, tickets for trips to the thermal baths in Afyon and Pamukkale, concerts, exhibitions, restaurant visits with the best seats.
As a wonderful place for film screenings, readings and multimedia lectures, the in-house hall is always worth a visit and can also be rented for private parties and receptions.
Culture, Entertainment, Travel
There’s a lot to discover. Therefore, excursions for one day or longer trips are offered for you and your guests on a regular basis. Destinations and times are always announced in good time.
Arrival and shuttle service
There are cheap flight connections several times a day from the nearby Antalya Airport (3 km) to/from all commercial airports in D-A-CH, Scandinavia etc. A private transfer from/to the airport is offered. The chauffeur takes the guests to the private beach and back 3 times a day and offers transfer options to the bazaars, shopping centers, golf courses, nearby cultural sights, excursion destinations and the nearby ANADOLU HASTENESI hospital or dentist, etc.
